Distinguished Visiting Professor of Aeronautics (Sabbatical Leave from Kent State University)

Tenured faculty member in the College of Aeronautics & Engineering, with vast teaching experience in graduate and undergraduate aeronautics or engineering courses.
Founding faculty member for the aerospace engineering program, the university’s first pure engineering undergraduate program. The university graduated its first cohort of engineers in May 2020.
Co-founding faculty member for the university’s first pure engineering graduate program: M.S./Ph.D. in aerospace engineering, which was approved in October 2020.

U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York (2003-2005)

Instructor and Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil & Mechanical Engineering while on active duty.
Taught aerospace engineering courses and managed the department’s flight laboratory program and aircraft.

Experienced researcher with $5.18M in total collaborative funding at Kent State University, with an additional $1M in extra-mural funding while serving as Team Lead with Army Research Laboratory, for a total of $6.18M in collaborative funding, including $99K for student projects.
